Subsidiaries

We build private and affordable housing projects for third-party landowners through our subsidiary, Inland Partnerships. On behalf of leading affordable housing providers and build to rent operators, Inland Partnerships currently has more than 1,000 homes under construction.

We registered Rosewood Housing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Inland Homes, as a for-profit provider of social housing in August 2018. Operating across the South-East of England, Rosewood Housing offers homes for both shared ownership and affordable rent. 

Established in 2017, Hugg Homes provides an innovative and agile response to the growing housing shortage across the UK. The bespoke, modular units offer a high-quality, cost-effective solution to local authorities and others in meeting short-term housing needs. Located on dormant land going through the planning process, Hugg Homes helps us realise additional value from our valuable land portfolio.
