    Board Changes

On 24 July 2023 Inland Homes announced that Nishith Malde, then Interim CEO and CFO, had advised the Board of his intention to retire following an appropriate handover period after Jolyon Harrison's appointment as CEO.

Inland Homes now announces that on 4 September 2023 Nishith Malde retired as a director of the Company. He will remain available in an advisory capacity to the business under the garden leave provisions of his employment agreement for a period of 12 months thereafter and will thereafter cease to be available to the Company.

As also announced on 24 July, Jolyon Harrison is establishing his own executive team, including the recruitment of a new Chief Financial Officer, and this process is ongoing. Currently the Board comprises four directors of whom two are Chartered Accountants.

Matthew Robinson, Chair of Inland Homes, commented: "Nish was the co-founder of Inland Homes in 2005, since when he has been CFO and, more recently, also Interim CEO. Throughout these many years, Nish's commitment to the business has been unwavering and determined. I wish him very well in his retirement."
