Inland Homes, the specialist housebuilder and brownfield land developer, today announces that it has sold 230 residential plots with planning permission across three brownfield sites at Queensgate in Farnborough, Gerrards Cross in Buckinghamshire and Woolwich in East London for total sale proceeds amounting to £20m.

Commenting, Stephen Wicks, CEO, Inland Homes, said:

"The sale of 230 residential consented plots represents further positive momentum for Inland as the Group continues to implement its growth strategy and demonstrates the ongoing demand for consented land from both regional and national housebuilders.

Notes to Editors:

Inland Homes identifies brownfield land in the South and South-East of England principally for residentially led development schemes.  The business then enhances the land value by obtaining planning permission, before building houses for private sale or selling consented land onto other developers.
