     Brownfield site purchased from Ashford & St Peters Hospitals NHS Trust

Inland, which specialises in buying 'brown field' sites and enhancing their
value by obtaining planning permission is pleased to announce the unconditional
purchase of a substantial brownfield site which formed part of Ashford Hospital
for a total consideration of 7m. The site is at the junction of London Road
(A30) and Town Lane and is approximately 2 miles from Heathrow Airport.

A planning application is being prepared for a residential development of circa
160 homes together with new parking facilities for the hospital.

Inland acquired the land from Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Trust who will
use the receipt of the sale to improve facilities on the adjoining hospital.
